Order Process
When placing an order in our online shop, the following terms apply: The customer submits a binding offer by successfully completing the order process provided in our webshop. Orders can be placed at any time, on weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. However, order processing is carried out exclusively from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays and public holidays, no orders are processed or shipped. Collection of ordered goods (click & collect) by the customer at the MezeSliva Flagship Store is possible. Orders for self-collection are only accepted via email.
The online shop ordering process follows these steps:
- Select the desired product(s)
- Confirm selection by clicking the relevant button (e.g. "Add to Cart" or "Order")
- Review the details in the shopping cart
- Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button
- Log in to the shop after registering and entering login information (email address and password)
- Review and correct any entered data, if necessary
- Pay immediately via debit or credit card by clicking the "Place order" or "Buy" button
Before submitting the binding order, the customer can return to the previous page using the “Back” button of the internet browser to correct any entry errors or cancel the order process by closing the browser. We will confirm receipt of the order immediately via an automatically generated email ("Order Confirmation"). This confirms acceptance of your offer.
Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
