DJOKOVIĆ CHARDONNAY 2021 – White wine from Šumadija 0.75L

The Djoković Chardonnay 2021 comes from the Djoković family winery in the Šumadija region, Serbia, near Topola. The wine represents modern Serbian winemaking, combining regional tradition with international style.

In the glass, it presents itself as an elegant white wine with a clear structure and fine aromatics. Dominant notes are Chardonnay-typical fruit aromas, complemented by light floral nuances and a subtle mineral freshness. The proportion of Viognier gives the wine additional aromatic depth and a soft texture.

On the palate, it is harmonious, balanced, and fresh, with a pleasant acidity structure and an elegant, medium-long finish. The serving temperature of 12–14 °C optimally enhances its freshness and aromatics.

Ideal with fish, poultry, light pasta dishes, and mild cheeses.
