DJOKOVIĆ SYRAH SELECTION – Premium Red Wine 0.75L

The Djoković Syrah Selection is a high-quality, dry red wine from the Djoković family winery in Lipovac, Šumadija (Serbia). This “Selection” line stands for the highest quality standards, precise vinification, and an authentic expression of the terroir.

The wine is made from 100% Syrah (Širaz) and undergoes careful vinification with controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks and long maceration to achieve maximum color and aroma intensity. It then matures for 12 months in new French barriques, which gives it additional depth and complexity.

In the glass, it shows an intense ruby red color. On the nose, dark fruit aromas, floral notes of violet, as well as spicy and slightly smoky nuances dominate, giving the wine a powerful character.

On the palate, it is medium-bodied to full-bodied, with silky tannins, good structure, and a pleasantly balanced acidity. The finish is long, elegant, and spicy.

Ideal with red meat, lamb, game dishes, and aged cheese.
