Erdevik Bella Novela is a dry white wine from the renowned Serbian winery Erdevik, located on the western slopes of Fruška Gora. It is a dry white wine made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety, boasting intense aromas of peach, pear, and gooseberry, followed by complex scents of lovage and acacia with hints of white flowers in the background.

The taste is full-bodied and harmonious, rich in minerals, with plenty of elegant or crisp acidity. A powerful, mature wine with a persistent structure, yielding a long, tingling, and crisp finish with accentuated aromas of vineyard peach, rose, violet, apricot, and citrus fruits. A robust, powerful, and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc, whose label is adorned with the Latin quote "AD AUGUSTA PER ANGUSTA," which translates as "Following thorns to the stars," meaning success through adversity.

Thanks to its fruity notes and distinctive acidity, it's an ideal accompaniment to savory dishes. It pairs perfectly with spaghetti with anchovies in carbonara sauce or artichokes stuffed with goat cheese.
