MezeSliva Ajvar Gourmet Spread 300g

MezeSliva Ajvar Gourmet is a more rustic (chunky) version of our classic Ajvar. MezeSliva Ajvar is made according to a traditional recipe from a pepper variety called Kurtovska Kapija. A whopping 96% of this ingredient from the southern Serbia region makes our Ajvar something very special. The homemade recipe for its preparation is no secret - it involves roasting the peppers, removing the peel and removing the seeds by rinsing. The pepper prepared in this way is chopped and cooked with the addition of sunflower oil, salt and alcohol vinegar. The best ingredients, a lot of handwork and love give our Ajvar unmistakable premium quality.
