Pigmalion Plum Brandy Stara Sljivovica Prepecenica 0.7L

Pigmalion Plum Brandy is a premium fruit brandy created by blending three distillates obtained from the highest quality fruits of local plum varieties: CaCanka lepotica, CaCanka rodna and Pozegaca. All distillates are obtained in the traditional way, by double distillation in hand-made copper cauldrons and are then aged in oak barrels (a procedure that UNESCO entered on the list of intangible cultural heritage). Before blending, the Cacanska lepotica and CaCanka rodna distillates are matured and aged in oak barrels for 4-7 years, while the Pozegaca distillate is 17 years old, and after blending, they are aged together for another 6 months in old oak barrels.
