Spin Mixed Cheese is hard full-fat cheese made from a mixture of cow and sheep milk. The harmonious combination of these two different aromas is ideal for those who do not like too intense sheep cheese, but still like cheese with a slightly sharper taste than ordinary cow cheese. In it, you can feel the mild notes of sheep milk, but also the buttery aroma of cow milk. Pleasant acidity and salty minerality are its main features. It has a slightly more brittle structure than cow milk, but is still elastic enough and pliable for cutting. It is less creamy in the mouth, but therefore it is fatter on the palate.
