Wild Pear is a fruit that cannot be planted and transplanted, it grows only where nature wants it. It bears fruit every third year due to its struggle with frosts at an altitude of 1,500m. For the production of one bottle of brandy with a volume of 0.7L, 624 wild pear fruits and 2 years of ripening are needed. It is still brewed as it was in 1947, when the first liter of this brandy was made, after the Second World War, using French cognac technology. Alcohol content 40%.
