Tok Plum Brandy Alba is a Serbian brandy which perfectly reflects the art of distillation. Alba is one of the few colorless plum double-destiled brandies on the market and as such, it is the absolute champion of its category. Flowery and fluffy in character, it will harmoniously take you for a walk through the orchard. Tok distillery have woven pure skill and technological knowledge into it, because Alba is looking for real craftsmanship. Although there is sometime a prejudice that colorless brandies are less valuable than colored ones, the truth is that colorless brandy requires a lot of knowledge about fruit and distillation. Alba is a brandy that represents the pure dominance of plum distillate and as such, only the best plums become part of Alba. This brandy is the starting point when we talk about plums, and that's why it's important, because beginnings don't repeat themselves. Although Tok distillery like to call it "brandy for every occasion", Alba leans slightly towards an aperitif drink.
