Single-varietal Syrah full of dynamism and spice The Vukoje Syrah is a profound, single-varietal red wine from the prime vineyards of the Zasad field. After gentle hand-picking in mid-September, this wine matures for 8 months in French oak barriques and a further 6 months in the bottle. It is characterized by an excellent balance of ripe fullness and remarkable freshness, and possesses great development potential for up to 15 years.

• Aroma: Beautiful interplay of ripe red fruits and the spicy notes of black pepper typical of the grape variety.
• Taste: Very full-bodied, powerful, and ideally balanced between pleasant freshness, oak notes, and well-integrated alcohol.
• Colour: Intense red with elegant violet nuances.
• Serving suggestion: Perfectly served at 16 °C with hearty dishes, red meat, steak, game, duck breast, spicy red sauces or Gorgonzola sauce, as well as with aged hard cheese and ham.
