Returns and refunds
You don’t want to keep the items you ordered?
No problem, because you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt. Important prerequisites for this are compliance with the cold chain for goods that require refrigeration and the intact packaging. Products whose packaging is no longer intact can only be taken back in certain cases and after prior clarification with our customer service. Refrigerated items that have been stored outside the refrigerator for a long time cannot unfortunately be taken back.
If you need to return an item, please contact us at office@mezesliva.at and we will be happy to help you with your request.
We ask you to handle all products carefully (especially glass and cardboard packaging) and to use the original box for your shipment.
Please understand that we will only cover the costs of return shipping if our goods were defective or if you received the wrong goods, otherwise we will deduct these costs from the refund amount. You can find out more about this in our terms and conditions.
Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment after the return is received and inspected.
