We ship all our goods as insured packages in special shipping boxes.

Delivery time:
Unless otherwise stated, the goods offered in our webshop are in stock and will be dispatched within 2 working days. Depending on the destination country, it usually takes 3-5 working days for your goods to arrive at your address. Depending on the destination country, however, delivery may take longer and arrive at the address you provided within 10 working days at the latest. The product prices stated on the product pages include VAT (varies depending on the destination country) and other price components.

Orders exceeding the 20 kg weight limit will incur higher delivery costs.

For orders over a weight limit of 20 kg, please contact us directly at office@mezesliva.at. Otherwise, we will be happy to get in touch with you and clarify with you who will cover the shipping costs. We ask for your understanding that we cannot ship such orders automatically and without prior agreement on the acceptance of delivery costs. This also applies if you have already ordered and paid for the goods. If you do not agree with the higher delivery costs, we will immediately refund the amount paid to the original payment method.
