Cabernet Jović – Aged Cabernet Sauvignon 0.75L

The Cabernet Jović is a red wine with strong character from Serbia, made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. It impresses with its dark ruby red color and an intense, fruit-driven aroma profile that harmoniously combines elegance and power.

The bouquet is dominated by aromas of plums, cranberries, and blueberries, complemented by delicate floral notes of violet. On the palate, the wine is fresh and balanced, with well-integrated, lively acidity and a clear fruit structure.

The tannins are soft, ripe, and elegantly integrated, giving the wine a pleasant roundness. The finish is fruity-spicy and remains present for a long time.

After vinification in stainless steel tanks, the wine matures for 24 months in new Serbian and French oak barrels, which gives it additional depth, structure, and complexity.
