Erdevik Grand Trianon 0.75L

Erdevik Grand Trianon is a meticulously crafted red wine from the Erdevik winery in Serbia. Grand Trianon is made from 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, and 15% Syrah, hand-harvested from the winery's own vineyards in the Brestovik region, on the slopes of the Fruška Mountains, very close to the Danube.

The label of this wine features the coat of arms of the Odaskalki family, whose character is invaluable in the tradition of winemaking and viticulture in Fruškogorje.

The Grand Trianon matures for one year in new 225-liter barriques, mainly French, with a little American and Slavic, and then matures for one year in the bottle.

A full-bodied, powerful and balanced red wine, dark ruby ​​red, dominated by aromas of cherries and red berries, rounded off by spicy tones and pleasant acidity, followed by an extremely long, warm and complex finish, from which aromas of ripe red fruits, spices, dates and carob emerge.

It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 15 to 17 °C with red meat accompanied by dark chocolate sauce and dark forest fruits, mature full-fat cheese, game, traditional Serbian dishes and grilled dishes.
