Zvonko Bogdan Cuvée No.1 – 0.75 L
The Zvonko Bogdan Cuvée No.1 is an award-winning premium red wine from the renowned Vinarija Zvonko Bogdan in Vojvodina. This exceptional cuvée combines Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Frankovka to create an elegant yet powerful wine with impressive depth. As the first and so far only Serbian wine to be awarded a gold medal three times in a row at the Decanter World Wine Awards, it is considered one of Serbia's most significant red wines. The 13-month maturation in French and American barriques gives it additional complexity and finesse.
Tasting Notes
The Zvonko Bogdan Cuvée No.1 presents itself in a deep ruby red and delights with a multi-layered bouquet of blackberries, blackcurrants, and ripe cherries. Fine nuances of mint, cocoa, and subtle wood notes complement the fruit aromas, lending the wine elegance and character. On the palate, it is full-bodied, harmonious, and powerful, with velvety tannins and a long, balanced finish.
Serving Recommendation
Enjoy Zvonko Bogdan Cuvée No.1 at a serving temperature of 16–18 °C in a large Bordeaux glass.
