Jelenic Truffle Sausage

Jelenic Truffle Sausage or Salsiccia con tartufo, is a dry, permanent product. The Istrian sausage is one of the most prominent dry-cured meat products on the Istrian peninsula. This preserved dry-cured meat product derived from carefully selected heavy pig breeds and seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic has been enriched with black truffles by Jelenic team. This is why the truffle sausage boasts the unique scent and aroma of truffles.
