Zlatni Tok Plum Brandy 05 is rakija woven from the highest quality varieties of plums, Red Ranke and Pozegaca. The perfectly balanced taste of Zlatni Tok plum toast is made up of 170 tasty notes recorded so far, from woody to sweetly aromatic, spicy, fruity and floral. The youngest distillate in this masterfully executed blend is 5 years old. Each distillate used to blend Zlatni Tok 05 was aged in a barrel in which the distillate had already been aged. As a result of the aging and aging of the distillate in oak barrels, the primary smell of toast is transformed into a refined buke. The colors of old gold, this brandy hides skill in itself. The number 05 in its name means that we leave nothing to chance. The art of creating brandy at Tok Distillery was first practiced in the seventies of the last century. In this spirit, Zlatni Tok is not manufactured, but made in small batches. The fruity tones of Zlatni Tok 05 are ideally combined with jam and marmalade, and the woody tones will come to a special expression with fatty fish, lamb and beef. For serving, choose a wide cognac glass or a tulip-shaped glass, and for full enjoyment, we recommend a temperature of 15-18 degrees and a short decanting in the glass (for about two minutes).
